J'ai fais le choix de rejoindre Bek Advisory, car après plus de 7 ans chez Deloitte, je voulais intégrer un cabinet taille humaine pour plus de proximité.

Passionate about running and an entrepreneur at heart, Oybek launched several entrepreneurial projects during his studies before founding Bek Advisory in 2020.
​
Indeed, after several years at KPMG and Wavestone as part of the IT Advisory teams, working on major IT and business transformation projects, the idea for Bek Advisory was born.
Bek Advisory stems from a simple ambition: to create a human-scale firm grounded in the values of listening, proximity, and teamwork.
​
For Oybek, client relationships can be summarized in two words: listening and proximity, which are essential for providing support tailored to their needs.
Camille is the Human Resources Manager at Bek Advisory, where she leverages her seven years of experience in the HR field. Passionate about talent development and creating fulfilling work environments, she has led various projects throughout her career, such as skills development, the implementation of inclusive policies, and change management.

At Bek Advisory, her goal is to support employees’ ambitions while strengthening a strong and inclusive corporate culture. Convinced of the importance of open communication and co-construction, Camille strives to evolve HR practices to ensure a tangible impact on a daily basis.
After several years within the Financial Department of a major bancassurance group as a MOA Project Manager, Lynda joined the consulting world in 2017 by integrating Deloitte, where she expanded her expertise by supporting banking sector clients in their IT and business transformation projects.

With her extensive experience in banking consulting, Lynda recently seized the opportunity to join Bek Advisory, a human-sized firm that shares common values such as team spirit, active listening, and kindness.

Dynamic and committed, as a Manager, Lynda's mission is to support her clients in their transformation projects by providing her expertise while also contributing to the firm’s growth by participating in its business development.
