Implementation of a Workflow Management Tool

The bank currently uses two separate tools to process both back-office requests and handle signed and unsigned transfer requests. In light of the transition to managed services, these two existing tools are considered technically outdated. The goal is to implement a unified tool capable of centralizing all requests (from all departments) and managing all transfers (SEPA/SWIFT) through integration with an existing tool, while setting up automatic/semi-automatic controls during submission processing.

Following the merger of two entities, the financial information systems are not yet unified. The ERPs and performance management tools used by the management control department are obsolete and need to be replaced.
